How to Upgrade
- Go to Dashboard → Agency Settings → Subscription
- Click "Upgrade Plan" or "Manage Subscription"
- Select your desired plan
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete payment through Pabbly secure checkout
- Your new features activate immediately
Upgrade Location
You can access the upgrade page at:
- Direct URL:
/dashboard/agency/subscription/upgrade - From subscription page: Click "Upgrade" or "Manage Subscription" button
- From dashboard prompts: Click upgrade prompts when shown
What Happens When You Upgrade
Immediate Changes:
- Order limits increase immediately
- New features unlock instantly
- User limits update right away
- API access enabled (if upgrading to Pro)
Billing Changes:
- Prorated charges for first month
- Regular billing cycle begins
- Annual plans billed upfront
Downgrading Plans
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle:
- Go to Subscription → Manage Subscription
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Confirm downgrade
- Changes apply when current period ends
- Export important data before downgrade
Trial Information
Free Trial Details
Your trial includes:
- Start: 3 orders immediately
- After email verification: 10 orders total
- Duration: 90 days
- Full access to core features
Trial Expiration
The trial expires when:
- 90 days pass since signup, OR
- You reach your order limit
After expiration:
- Upgrade to a paid plan to continue
- Data is preserved for 30 days
- Limited access to view existing data
Converting Trial to Paid Plan
- Go to Dashboard → Agency Settings → Subscription
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your desired plan (Starter, OnTheGo, or Pro)
- Complete payment through Pabbly
- All your trial data remains available

What happens if I exceed my order limit?
You'll receive notifications when approaching your limit. Options:
- Upgrade to a higher plan

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
