Upgrading Your Plan

How to Upgrade

1. Go to Dashboard → Agency Settings → Subscription
2. Click "Upgrade Plan" or "Manage Subscription"
3. Select your desired plan
4. Choose monthly or annual billing
5. Complete payment through Pabbly secure checkout
6. Your new features activate immediately

Upgrade Location

You can access the upgrade page at:

• Direct URL: /dashboard/agency/subscription/upgrade
• From subscription page: Click "Upgrade" or "Manage Subscription" button
• From dashboard prompts: Click upgrade prompts when shown

What Happens When You Upgrade

Immediate Changes:

• Order limits increase immediately
• New features unlock instantly
• User limits update right away
• API access enabled (if upgrading to Pro)

Billing Changes:

• Prorated charges for first month
• Regular billing cycle begins
• Annual plans billed upfront

Downgrading Plans

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle:

1. Go to Subscription → Manage Subscription
2. Select a lower-tier plan
3. Confirm downgrade
4. Changes apply when current period ends
5. Export important data before downgrade

Trial Information

Free Trial Details

Your trial includes:

• Start: 3 orders immediately
• After email verification: 10 orders total
• Duration: 90 days
• Full access to core features

Trial Expiration

The trial expires when:

• 90 days pass since signup, OR
• You reach your order limit

After expiration:

• Upgrade to a paid plan to continue
• Data is preserved for 30 days
• Limited access to view existing data

Converting Trial to Paid Plan

1. Go to Dashboard → Agency Settings → Subscription
2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
3. Select your desired plan (Starter, OnTheGo, or Pro)
4. Complete payment through Pabbly
5. All your trial data remains available

Billing & Payments

Payment Processing

• Provider: Pabbly (secure payment gateway)
• Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• Billing Cycles: Monthly or Annual
• Annual Savings: ~17% discount on annual plans

Managing Your Subscription

Access subscription management at:

• Dashboard → Agency Settings → Subscription

From here you can:

• View current plan and status
• Upgrade to a higher plan
• Update payment method (via Pabbly)
• View billing history
• Cancel subscription

Payment methods are managed securely through Pabbly:

1. Go to Subscription → Manage Subscription
2. Click on the payment method section
3. You'll be redirected to Pabbly's secure portal
4. Update your payment information

FAQ

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime (immediate effect). Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

You'll receive notifications when approaching your limit. Options:

• Upgrade to a higher plan
• Wait until monthly limit resets

Is there a commitment or contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Agency Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Annual plans save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing.

Can I add more users to my plan?

Each plan has a user limit:

• Free: 1 user
• Starter: 5 users
• OnTheGo: 10 users
• Pro: 25 users

To add more users, upgrade to the next tier.

Is my data secure?
