Shipping Label Scanner

The shipping label scanner helps you track packages for your orders.

How to Use

  1. From an order, tap the Shipping button (📦)
  2. Or tap Shipping in the bottom navigation
  3. Allow camera access when prompted
  4. Point your camera at the shipping label
  5. The system automatically extracts the tracking number

Supported Labels

The scanner works with most standard shipping labels:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • DHL

Tracking Number Storage

The tracking number is automatically saved to the order and can be viewed from:

  • Order details page
  • Desktop order view

Tips

  • Good Lighting - Ensure the label is well-lit for best results
  • Steady Hand - Hold steady for the camera to focus
  • Full Label - Include the entire label in the frame

Troubleshooting

Problem: Camera won't scan Solution: Check browser permissions for camera access

Problem: Tracking number not recognized Solution: Manually enter the tracking number in the order details
