System Overview

Notarial is a comprehensive notary management platform designed to streamline your notary business operations. The system provides:

  • Order Management: Track and manage notary orders from creation to completion
  • Client Management: Maintain client information and communication history

  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage calendar

First Login

1. Access Your Account

  • Navigate to your agency's unique URL
  • Enter your email and password
  • Click "Sign In"

2. Set Up Your Profile

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner
  2. Select "Profile Settings"
  3. Update your:
    • Contact information
    • Professional details
    • Notification preferences
  4. Click "Save Changes"

3. Configure Agency Settings (Admins Only)

  1. Go to Settings → Agency Settings
  2. Update:
    • Business information
    • Service areas
    • Pricing structure
    • Default settings
