Notification Preferences

Configure your push notification settings from this page. Push notifications keep you informed about orders, appointments, and team communications on your device.

Master Mute Switch

The Mute All toggle at the top silences all push notifications when enabled. Use this when you need complete silence.

Category Controls

Toggle entire notification categories on or off:

Category	Description
Orders	New orders, status changes, cancellations
Reminders	Appointment reminders, uncompleted orders
Communications	Team messages, client responses

Detailed Settings

Fine-tune specific notification types:

Setting	Description
New order assigned to me	Notifies you when an order is assigned to you
Order status changed	Notifies you when any of your orders change status
Order cancelled	Notifies you when an order is cancelled
Appointment reminder	Sends a reminder 1 hour before scheduled appointments
Uncompleted orders at end of day	Daily summary of orders you haven't completed
New team message	Notifies you of new messages from team members
Client responded	Notifies you when a client replies to your message

Quiet Hours

Enable Quiet Hours to suppress notifications during specific times (like while you sleep):

Toggle Quiet Hours on
Set the Start Time (e.g., 10:00 PM)
Set the End Time (e.g., 8:00 AM)
Select your Timezone

Permission Status

A status indicator shows your current browser permission:

Status	Description
Permission granted	You will receive notifications
Permission denied	Enable notifications in your browser settings
Permission not yet requested	Click "Enable Push" to request permission

Enable Push

If push notifications are not enabled, click the Enable Push button and allow notifications when prompted by your browser.
