Appointment Timer

The timer helps you track time spent on signings for accurate billing and record-keeping.

How to Use

  1. Tap Timer in the bottom navigation
  2. Select an order (or auto-selected if opened from order details)
  3. Tap Start to begin timing
  4. Tap Stop when finished
  5. The elapsed time is saved to the order

Timer Display

While running, the timer shows:

  • Elapsed Time - Hours, minutes, and seconds
  • Order Number - The order being timed
  • Client Name - Who you're meeting with

Time Tracking

The elapsed time is saved and can be used for:

  • Billing calculations
  • Productivity tracking
  • Journal entries

Tips

  • Background Mode - Timer continues if you switch to another app
  • Order Notes - Time is automatically added to order notes
