Appointment Timer
The timer helps you track time spent on signings for accurate billing and record-keeping.
How to Use
- Tap Timer in the bottom navigation
- Select an order (or auto-selected if opened from order details)
- Tap Start to begin timing
- Tap Stop when finished
- The elapsed time is saved to the order
Timer Display
While running, the timer shows:
- Elapsed Time - Hours, minutes, and seconds
- Order Number - The order being timed
- Client Name - Who you're meeting with
Time Tracking
The elapsed time is saved and can be used for:
- Billing calculations
- Productivity tracking
- Journal entries
Tips
- Background Mode - Timer continues if you switch to another app
- Order Notes - Time is automatically added to order notes
