Subscription Management

The Subscription Management page displays your current plan details, usage statistics, and provides options to upgrade or manage your billing.

Accessing Subscription Management

Navigate to: DashboardAgency SettingsSubscription

Or use the direct URL: /dashboard/agency/subscription

Page Sections

Subscription Status Card

The top card shows your current subscription status:

Current PlanYour active plan (Free, Starter, OnTheGo, or Pro)
StatusTrial, Active, Cancelled, or Expired
Trial Days RemainingDays left in your trial period (if on trial)
Orders UsedNumber of orders created this month vs. your limit
Next Billing DateWhen your next payment is due (for active subscriptions)
Customer IDYour Pabbly customer ID (for paid subscriptions)

Subscription Details

Detailed information about your current subscription:

  • Plan type and status
  • Trial or subscription dates
  • Order limits and usage
  • Pabbly customer ID

Understanding Subscription Status

Trial Status

  • Active Trial: You're in the 90-day trial period with order limits
  • Trial Ending Soon: Trial has 3 or fewer days remaining
  • Trial Expired: Trial period has ended, upgrade required

Active Status

  • Subscription Active: Paid subscription is current and active
  • Renewal Date: Shows when next payment will be charged

Cancelled/Expired Status

  • Subscription Cancelled: Subscription was cancelled, access continues until period end
  • Subscription Expired: Subscription period has ended

Actions Available

Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Click the "Upgrade Plan" or "Manage Subscription" button
  2. Select a higher-tier plan (Starter, OnTheGo, or Pro)
  3. Choose monthly or annual billing
  4. Complete payment through Pabbly

The upgrade page will show:

  • Plan comparison with features
  • Monthly vs. annual pricing
  • Your current plan highlighted
  • Upgrade button for each available plan

Manage Billing

  1. Click "Billing Details" in the Quick Actions section
  2. You'll be redirected to Pabbly's secure payment portal
  3. Update payment method, view invoices, or manage subscription

View Invoices

Access your billing history and download invoices:

  1. Click "View Invoices" in the Billing Details section
  2. View and download past invoices as PDF
