The client management system helps you maintain relationships with your clients:

Adding New Clients
Quick Add
- Click "+ Add Client" from anywhere
- Enter basic information:
- Name
- Phone
- Save and add details later
Detailed Client Creation
- Navigate to Clients → Add Client
- Complete all sections:
Personal Information
- First/Last Name: Full legal name
- Company Name: For business clients
- Email Address: Primary contact email
- Phone Numbers: Mobile, work, home
- Date of Birth: For identity verification
Address Information
- Primary Address: Main service address
- Mailing Address: For documents
- Billing Address: If different
- Service Area: Preferred service locations
Professional Information
- Occupation: Client's profession
- Industry: Business sector
- Referral Source: How they found you
- Special Requirements: Accessibility, language, etc.
Bulk Import
- Prepare CSV file with client data
- Navigate to Clients → Import
- Select CSV file
- Map fields to columns
- Review and import
Client Database
Client List View
- Search: By name, email, or phone
- Filters: Active, inactive, new clients
- Sort Options: Name, date added, last order
- Export: Download client list
