The client management system helps you maintain relationships with your clients:

Adding New Clients

Quick Add

  1. Click "+ Add Client" from anywhere
  2. Enter basic information:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone
  3. Save and add details later

Detailed Client Creation

  1. Navigate to Clients → Add Client
  2. Complete all sections:

Personal Information

  • First/Last Name: Full legal name
  • Company Name: For business clients
  • Email Address: Primary contact email
  • Phone Numbers: Mobile, work, home
  • Date of Birth: For identity verification

Address Information

  • Primary Address: Main service address
  • Mailing Address: For documents
  • Billing Address: If different
  • Service Area: Preferred service locations

Professional Information

  • Occupation: Client's profession
  • Industry: Business sector
  • Referral Source: How they found you
  • Special Requirements: Accessibility, language, etc.

Bulk Import

  1. Prepare CSV file with client data
  2. Navigate to Clients → Import
  3. Select CSV file
  4. Map fields to columns
  5. Review and import

Client Database

Client List View

  • Search: By name, email, or phone
  • Filters: Active, inactive, new clients
  • Sort Options: Name, date added, last order
  • Export: Download client list

  • Profile Picture: Upload client photo
