The Upgrade page displays all available subscription plans with features comparison, allowing you to select the best plan for your notary business.
Accessing the Upgrade Page
You can reach the upgrade page in several ways:

Header
- Current Plan Display: Shows your currently active plan
- Status Badge: Trial, Active, or Expired status
- Back to Dashboard Link: Return to main dashboard
Billing Cycle Toggle
Switch between Monthly and Annual billing:
- Monthly: Pay month-to-month
- Annual: Save ~17% with annual billing
Prices update automatically when you toggle between billing cycles.
Plan Cards
Three plan cards are displayed side by side:
Starter Plan ($5/mo or $59/yr)
Best for: Individual notaries with moderate volume
Includes:
- 100 orders per month
- 200 clients
- 5 users
- Advanced reporting
OnTheGo Plan ($7/mo or $78/yr)
Best for: Traveling notaries and mobile-first operations
Includes:
- 250 orders per month
- 500 clients
- 10 users
- Full mobile app with GPS tracking
- Photo capture and offline mode
Pro Plan ($10/mo or $119/yr)
Best for: Growing agencies and automation
Includes:
- 500 orders per month
- 1,000 clients
- 25 users
- Full API access and webhooks
- Calendar integrations
- Automated reminders
- Invoicing & payments
Each plan card shows:
- Plan name and description
- Price (based on selected billing cycle)
- Feature list with checkmarks
- Upgrade button (or "Current Plan" if already subscribed)
How to Upgrade
- Select Billing Cycle: Choose Monthly or Annual using the toggle
- Choose a Plan: Review features and pricing for each plan
- Click Upgrade: Click the "Upgrade" button on your chosen plan
- Complete Payment: Pabbly checkout popup will open
- If you have an existing subscription, you'll see upgrade/proration pricing
- If you're new, you'll enter payment details
- Confirmation: Once payment is complete, your new features activate immediately
Understanding Pabbly Checkout
The Pabbly checkout popup handles secure payment processing:
For New Subscriptions
- Enter email and payment details
- Choose payment method (credit card)
- Complete payment
- Account created and subscription activated
For Existing Subscriptions (Upgrades)
- Your existing customer ID is passed to Pabbly
- Pabbly calculates prorated charges
- You pay only the difference for the upgrade
- New features activate immediately after payment
After Upgrading
Immediate Changes
- Order limit increases right away
- New features unlock instantly
- User limit updates immediately
- API access enabled (for Pro plan)
Billing
- First month is prorated if upgrading mid-cycle
- Regular billing cycle continues
- Annual plans are billed upfront
