OnTheGo Notifications

Quick mute controls for push notifications while you're in the field. Access from OnTheGo Settings > Notifications.

Mute Levels

Choose your notification level:

How It Works

  • Select a level by tapping it
  • The selected level is highlighted with a checkmark
  • Changes save automatically
  • Return to normal settings anytime

Field Use Tips

Use "Orders Only" during appointments:

  • Reduces distractions from messages and reminders
  • You'll still get order updates
  • Change back to "Unmute All" when done

Use "Mute All" temporarily:

  • During phone calls with clients
  • While completing documents
  • During your lunch break

Desktop Settings Sync

Your mute selection syncs with desktop notification preferences. Full granular control is available on the desktop via User Profile > Notifications.
