OnTheGo Notifications
Quick mute controls for push notifications while you're in the field. Access from OnTheGo Settings > Notifications.
Mute Levels
Choose your notification level:
| Level | Behavior | Use When |
|---|---|---|
| Unmute All | Receive all notifications | Normal field work |
| Orders Only | Only order notifications | During appointments to reduce distractions |
| Mute All | Silence all notifications | During breaks, lunch, or focused work |
How It Works
- Select a level by tapping it
- The selected level is highlighted with a checkmark
- Changes save automatically
- Return to normal settings anytime
Field Use Tips
Use "Orders Only" during appointments:
- Reduces distractions from messages and reminders
- You'll still get order updates
- Change back to "Unmute All" when done
Use "Mute All" temporarily:
- During phone calls with clients
- While completing documents
- During your lunch break
Desktop Settings Sync
Your mute selection syncs with desktop notification preferences. Full granular control is available on the desktop via User Profile > Notifications.
