Troubleshooting

No Results Found

If your search returns no results:

  1. Increase the radius distance

  3. Try a nearby ZIP code
  4. Check for typos in location

Can't Contact a Notary

If contact isn't working:

  1. Check rate limit: You may have sent 5 messages in the last hour
  2. Verify email format: Ensure your email is valid
  3. Check message length: Must be 10-5,000 characters
  4. Try alternative contact: Use phone or email directly

Profile Shows No Contact Options

Some notaries may not have contact information listed. This could mean:

  • They are not currently accepting new clients
  • Their profile is incomplete
  • They prefer other contact methods

Information Appears Outdated

If profile information seems incorrect:

  1. The notary may not have updated recently
  2. Consider contacting them to verify
  3. Look for last updated information
