Quick Entry

Quick Entry allows you to add phone orders in under 30 seconds with just 5 required fields.

Required Fields

Field	Description	Tips
Signer Name	Full name of the primary signer	Enter first and last name - system splits automatically
Phone	Contact phone number	Format doesn't matter - enter as you prefer
Address	Signing location	Use autocomplete for faster entry and accurate geocoding
Date	Appointment date	Defaults to today
Fee	Order fee amount	Enter in dollars (e.g., 75.00)

Optional Fields

Address Autocomplete

As you type the address, suggestions appear from the Pelias geocoding service:

Start with street address
Select from the dropdown
City, state, and zip are filled automatically

If autocomplete doesn't find the address, you can enter manually.

After Submission

When you tap Create Order:

Order is created with pending status
You're redirected to the order details page
The order appears on the OnTheGo home screen

Tips

Autofill Today - Date defaults to today for same-day appointments
Quick Phone - No need to format - just enter the digits
Address First - Start with street number for best autocomplete results
