OnTheGo Notifications

Quick mute controls for push notifications while you're in the field. Access from OnTheGo Settings > Notifications. ## Mute Levels Choose your notification level: | Level | Behavior | Use When | |-------|----------|----------| | Unmute All | Receive all notifications | Normal field work | | Orders Only | Only order notifications | During appointments to reduce distractions | | Mute All | Silence all notifications | During breaks, lunch, or focused work | ## How It Works - Select a level by tapping it - The selected level is highlighted with a checkmark - Changes save automatically - Return to normal settings anytime ## Field Use Tips **Use "Orders Only" during appointments:** - Reduces distractions from messages and reminders - You'll still get order updates - Change back to "Unmute All" when done **Use "Mute All" temporarily:** - During phone calls with clients - While completing documents - During your lunch break ## Desktop Settings Sync Your mute selection syncs with desktop notification preferences.
