Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours allow you to suppress push notifications during specific times - like while you're sleeping or in meetings. ## Settings | Field | Description | Example | |-------|-------------|---------| | Quiet Hours | Enable/disable quiet hours | Toggle on/off | | Start Time | When quiet hours begin | 10:00 PM | | End Time | When quiet hours end | 8:00 AM | | Timezone | Your local timezone | America/New_York | ## How It Works When quiet hours are active: - Push notifications are suppressed - Notifications are still recorded in the system - You won't see alerts until quiet hours end ## Example Setup To silence notifications from 10 PM to 8 AM: 1. Set **Start Time** to `22:00` (10 PM) 2. Set **End Time** to `08:00` (8 AM) 3. Set **Timezone** to your local timezone 4. Toggle **Quiet Hours** on ## Timezone Notes - Always set your current timezone - If you travel, update your timezone - The system uses this to calculate when quiet hours are active for you ## Exceptions Critical notifications may still come through during quiet hours depending on your agency settings. ## See Also - [Notification Preferences](./notification-preferences.md) - Full notification settings
